The Spa by Sothys includes a sensory shower, a steam room, a sauna, two cozy treatment rooms and a herbal tea room. An Ice-fountain decorates the place, between hot and cold for the good of the body.
The spa also owns walls of Himalayan salt which, in addition to bringing charm and originality to the place, allow a deep soothing of the body and the spirit.
Newly opened, our new fitness room fully equipped with top-notch Technogym machines (Row, Run, Bike, Bench) and a PowerPlate will enable you to strengthen you body at any time

To take a dip, read a book or drink a delicious cocktail, head for the swimming pool, a place of relaxation and conviviality by design. Throughout the year, take advantage of the large heated pool of 15 meters by 6 meters to enjoy a few laps while admiring the beauty of the surrounding garden.
After your swim, the beautiful teak terrace invites you to a pleasant moment of idleness. Sit comfortably on the sun loungers and enjoy a sunbath, rocked by the soft lapping of the water and the sounds of the surrounding nature ...

Zen Area
In the heart of an exotic garden, the Zen area offers an ideal setting for moments of rest and relaxation. Ambient calm soothes your body and your mind, silence invites you to relax gently.
The large hot tub, which can accommodate up to ten people, offers different types of massage to relieve tension and relieve stress.
To extend your Zen experience, sit comfortably on one of the sumptuous Day beds, and let yourself be contemplated by the surrounding vineyards.
Zen Area is for adults only and is open from 9am to 9pm.
Fitness Room
Equipped with high-performance TECHNOGYM equipment, our fitness room is open every day from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. Fan of cardio, you will enjoy the mat, the bike or the rowing machine by choosing the program adapted to your objectives. A bench with weights, elastics and other accessories allow you to work on your figure by varying the intensities. A Power Plate is also available (with a coach for beginners).
